Students of Bihar who wish to pursue higher education after graduating from 12th grade can apply for the credit card scheme. Student loans are available through this scheme at 4% interest rates, and 1% of the interest must be paid by the student.

This scheme can be applied for online by students who wish to benefit from it. The students should have a maximum age of 25 and a minimum age of 18 years.
